Youth Protection Policy

1. Basic Policy

KLOW establishes and operates this Youth Protection Policy in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Juvenile Protection Act, so that young people can use the Service safely and in good health.

2. Plan to Protect Youth From Harmful Information

So that young people are not exposed to content harmful to youth without any safeguards, the Company applies a separate verification mechanism to youth-harmful media and takes the following measures to prevent exposure:

(1) Classification of youth-harmful information and access restrictions.

(2) Restrictions on placement of advertisements that are inappropriate for young people.

(3) Immediate removal upon user report.

3. Restriction of Youth Access to Harmful Information and Management Measures

To restrict youth access to harmful information, the Company operates an adult-verification procedure, monitors bulletin boards, and runs an automated filtering system.

4. Consultation and Handling of Damages Caused by Youth-Harmful Information

Young users and their legal representatives may immediately report any exposure to or harm from youth-harmful information encountered while using the Service to the Youth Protection Officer below. The Company will promptly investigate and handle any matter received.

5. Training and Management of Youth Protection Personnel

The Company regularly provides youth-protection training to the Youth Protection Officer and relevant personnel, and shares up-to-date information on youth-harmful content.
