Is there a minimum order?
Not for samples: order 1 unit of any product at its wholesale price. For wholesale, each product has its own MOQ for the lower reorder price.

Yes — samples are priced at the wholesale price for a single unit, never retail. When you reorder at a product’s MOQ, the unit price drops further.
Why do I need an account to see bulk prices?
Brands ask us to keep volume prices away from the public, to protect their retail partners. Sign in with a free buyer account and every price tier opens — it takes about two minutes.

Card or PayPal for samples, paid online at checkout. Bank transfer (T/T) for wholesale and bulk, and Letter of Credit (L/C) for large bulk orders by agreement. All prices are in USD.
Who pays bank fees?
The buyer. When you send a bank transfer, choose OUR so the full invoice amount reaches us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email our team before your box ships and we’ll change or cancel it; once the shipping label is issued it can’t be changed. Any sample a brand can’t supply is refunded.
Do you offer payment terms for repeat buyers?
Yes. Your first order is paid 100% in advance; after that, repeat buyers pay 30% deposit / 70% before shipment.
