03Shipping terms (Incoterms)
Who handles what.
Incoterms decide where our responsibility ends and yours begins.

04Duties & taxes
Import taxes are paid in your country.
Unless you choose DDP on a wholesale order, import duties, VAT and customs fees in your country are paid by you — sample orders always ship this way. Ask us for an estimate with your quote.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship from Korea to the countries listed at checkout, with labels and documents prepared for Mexico & Latin America, Kazakhstan & Central Asia, and the UAE & GCC. Some categories are restricted in some markets — tell us where you are and we’ll confirm.

By default the buyer pays import duties and taxes on arrival — always the case for sample orders. For wholesale orders, DDP (we pay them up front and include them in your quote) is available on request.

Orders leave Korea within 2–7 days; transit time after that depends on the shipping method, your country and customs. Ask for a quote and we’ll give you the estimate for your market.
Can I use my own forwarder or courier account?
Yes. Choose EXW and your forwarder collects from our warehouse, or FCA and we clear export and hand over to your carrier or courier account. We prepare the export documents either way.
What documents do you provide?
Every shipment comes with a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. On request we add ingredient lists, CoA, MSDS and a brand authenticity letter.
Do you provide local-language labels?
Yes, in Spanish, Russian and Arabic. We print and apply them before dispatch, so stock arrives ready to sell.

Sample orders ship free once your box reaches 5 SKUs, mixed across any brands. Below that, one shipping fee is charged for the whole box, at the rate for your country — you see it at checkout before you pay.
